De winter is het topseizoen voor epidemie\u00ebn en infecties. Ook al is ze niet de reden waarom je ziek wordt, koude verzwakt het organisme waardoor het meer vatbaar wordt voor ziekten. Maar wat zijn de gevolgen voor je darmflora? Je leest er hier alles over.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kou, de vijand van je organisme<\/h2>\n

De virussen die het vaakst verantwoordelijk zijn voor gastro-enteritis overleven het best aan lage temperaturen. Gastro-enteritis komt dus vaker voor in de winter1<\/sup> en bestookt je darmflora met pathogenen die de immuunafweer verzwakken.<\/p>\n

Enkele tips om je darmflora te herstellen:<\/h2>\n

Goede bacteri\u00ebn vind je in voedingsproducten zoals yoghurt en natuurlijk gefermenteerde melk die rijk is aan probiotica. Regelmatige lichaamsbeweging, goed slapen en gezond en evenwichtig eten zijn de basisaanbevelingen die je makkelijk kan volgen om je weerstand op peil te houden. Ook voedingssupplementen kunnen je daarbij helpen. Supplementen rijk aan probiotica versterken je immuunafweer zodat je gezond de winter doorkomt4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
